About Me

IMG_5151_edited.jpg

I graduated from Old Dominion University in 1996 and started working in an unrelated field and felt a lacking in my career. Feeling the strong desire to help others I debated returning to school for nursing. During this period I was receiving massage and bodywork for therapeutic purposes and found the effects to be profoundly healing. This created a curiosity within me to understand the relationship between the nervous system and our physical state of health. I knew I had found my calling in massage therapy. I graduated from the Baltimore School of Massage in 2000 and have been building my therapeutic library ever since through decades of hands on work and continuing education. My clients are my greatest teachers! All my services are customized using a combination of different modalities best suited for each individual. I partner with my clients to aid and facilitate their bodies own innate healing process.

My approach to your care is trauma informed and promotes safety, trust, and collaboration.

In 2014 I graduated from Dermal Science International as a Master Esthetician. I feel passionately about educating my clients on how to care for and optimize their skin health at whatever stage of life they're in. I take a progressive not aggressive approach blending holistic and paramedical facial treatments.
